Celebrating Love Through the Word: Bible Society of The Gambia
On the 3rd of March 2026 the Bible Society of The Gambia successfully concluded its February Valentine Bible Promotion Campaign with a heartwarming moment of appreciation and fellowship with members of its WhatsApp community. The campaign, which focused on sharing the love of God through His Word, ended with the presentation of Bibles as gifts to some dedicated members who have consistently supported the Society’s online outreach.
These selected members actively engage with the Society’s posts by liking, sharing, and helping to spread messages of faith and encouragement across their networks. Their continued participation has played a meaningful role in extending the reach of the Word of God to many others within the community.
During the presentation, recipients shared their testimonies about how the devotional messages regularly posted on our digital platforms have impacted their lives. They expressed heartfelt gratitude, noting that the devotional contents have been a personal blessing to them, they shared how messages often arrive at the exact moments when they need encouragement the most.
They described the devotionals as timely and uplifting, providing spiritual guidance, strength, and reassurance in their daily lives. For them, these messages have become an important part of their everyday routine, helping them remain focused on God’s Word while navigating the challenges and responsibilities of life.
The recipients also expressed their deep appreciation to the Bible Society of The Gambia for its continued efforts to make the Scriptures accessible and relevant to people in the community. They acknowledged the important role the organization plays in nurturing faith through digital platforms and community engagement.
In addition, the beneficiaries expressed their gratitude for the Bibles that were presented to them, stating that they would make good use of the gifts by studying the Scriptures and sharing the message with others. For them, the Bibles represent not only a valuable resource for personal spiritual growth but also an opportunity to further spread the Word of God among family members, friends, and their communities.
